Its central location makes it easy to explore the nature, history and culture of Lesvos, while the quiet environment guarantees restful holidays. The Villas offer unique, luxurious accommodations with the essential contemporary amenities for your holidays. They are only a few minutes' walk away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Skala Kallonis and the fish-taverns and shops that exist along the coast. Each Villa sleeps 4-5 people and provides you with a living room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The second floor veranda has a lovely private seating area with sea views. The first floor patio is reachable by double doors from the living room and leads you to your very own private pool. Our property is meticulously maintained with beautiful, lush landscaping. Your Villa and pool is cleaned each day, except for Sunday. Our property manager is available 24/7 for all of your needs.
VILLAS
Kalloni Beach Villas consists of four luxurious, two bedroom villas that can accommodate up to four persons - five persons with a cot. Each villa has its own private pool and garden. The individual gardens are fenced for your privacy although care has been taken not to spoil the view across the famous bird watching wetlands, the sunset behind the mountains, and the turquoise sea. Air condition units are installed in both bedrooms and in the living room as well. The living room features two spacious sofas and a satellite TV with a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. Every master bedroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi and has a large balcony with view to the sea and the wetlands. The highest quality of furniture has been used throughout the property to ensure luxury and comfort. Amenities in each villa include: Two bedrooms (one master double bed, and two twin beds), two en suite shower rooms with W.C., air conditioning, jacuzzi, modern kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine with espresso, two balconies, extensive outside terrace with furniture, private pool 8x4m, Plasma TV and DVD, WIFI internet connection.
